How a purchase works

This is how buying any of our products will work: no back-and-forth with a manager, your account hands you everything. Here are some example screens.

    Payment

    By card or from your account balance. A purchase email arrives at once.

    Key and files in your account

    Your key and files appear right after payment. You can reset an activation yourself.

  3. 03

    Updates

    A new version appears in your account, and an email tells you about it. The download link is personal.

How much does development cost?

It depends on the task. Describe it in a request, and we will send an estimate with the price and timeline of each stage. You only pay for the stage we are about to start.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes. Before the first stage is paid, you cancel the order in your account with one click. After payment, write to legal@mtb-digital.tech: a stage we have not started is refunded in full, a stage in progress minus documented costs, and accepted stages are not refunded. Terms of Sale, clause 4.5 (in Russian).

Who owns the code?

You do. The exclusive right to the code written for you passes to you once the stage is accepted, at no extra charge. Open-source libraries in the work stay under their own licenses. Terms of Sale, clause 4.7 (in Russian).

How can I pay?

Prices are in rubles. You pay with a card issued by a Russian bank or from your account balance. You can top up the balance in advance, and renewals and development stages will then be paid from it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Until you download the files or activate the key, the price of the program is refunded in full. If the program does not work as its description promises and we do not fix it within 10 working days, we refund you as well. For a development stage we have not started yet, the money is refunded in full. Details in the Terms of Sale (in Russian).
