FunPay Cardinal plugins

We write plugins that take a seller's routine off your hands on FunPay: they deliver the goods after payment, reply to buyers and send you alerts in Telegram. A plugin for your task we can write right now; our first ready-made plugins are still in the works.

Our products

We write and support them ourselves. While they are in the works, leave your email and we will write once, when they are out.

What we do for Cardinal

  • Plugins to order

A link to your spreadsheets, your own delivery logic, control from Telegram. You see the price and timeline of every stage in the estimate before you pay.

  • Ready-made plugins: coming soon

Auto-delivery and auto-replies are in the works. Once released, your key and files will appear in your account right after payment, with updates there too.

  • Your account stays yours

The plugin runs in your own Cardinal, and we never ask for your golden_key or FunPay password. The rights to the code of a custom plugin pass to you once the stage is accepted (Terms of Sale, clause 4.7).

What a FunPay Cardinal plugin can do

Cardinal itself delivers goods and answers common messages. Plugins add what your shop in particular needs: delivery from a stock spreadsheet, different replies for different lots, sales reports, lot management by Telegram commands.

  • Auto-delivery from a file, a spreadsheet or a supplier's API
  • Your own replies to buyers for different lots and situations
  • Telegram alerts about orders, reviews and disputes
  • Sales and stock reports in a spreadsheet

Security: why we never ask for your golden_key

A Cardinal plugin runs in the same process as Cardinal and sees everything it sees, including the golden_key of your account. That is why a plugin from an unknown source is dangerous, and a developer who asks for your key deserves some questions.

We write and test the plugin in a test environment, and you install it yourself, in your own Cardinal, from the guide or with our help in chat. You get the whole code of a custom plugin and can show it to another developer. More on checking plugins in our article on safe installation (in Russian).

Automatic delivery on FunPay

Auto-delivery is the most common task. It matters not only to deliver the goods after payment, but also not to deliver them twice, to deduct the stock correctly and to tell you when an item runs out. The plugin keeps a delivery log that shows what was sent to whom.

If the goods come from a supplier's API, the plugin checks the supplier's answer before writing to the buyer and, on a failure, tells you instead of sending an empty message.

Replies to buyers and reviews

Buyers ask the same questions: how to activate, what to do if nothing arrived, when the next delivery is. The plugin answers them from your templates and forwards unusual messages to you in Telegram so you can reply yourself.

You change the templates yourself, without a programmer: in the settings file or with a command to the bot. In a dispute the plugin decides nothing for you; it only reminds you that the buyer is waiting for an answer.

Sales reports and accounting

With many lots it is hard to see what sells and what just sits there. The plugin can put sales, deliveries and stock into a spreadsheet every day and send a short summary to Telegram. That shows which item to restock and which lot to raise or remove.

MTB Digital's own Cardinal plugins

We are preparing our own Cardinal plugins, starting with auto-delivery and auto-replies. While they are in the works, they cannot be bought. Once released, each will have a page with its price, the minimum Cardinal version and an installation guide, and your license key will appear in your account right after payment.

When FunPay changes its site

FunPay changes its site from time to time, and then Cardinal and its plugins stop working until they are updated. For a custom plugin such changes after acceptance are not a defect: we adapt it under a new estimate, stage by stage as before.

We write the plugin to be easy to fix from the start: the logic is kept apart from parsing FunPay pages, and the log shows at which step a failure happened.

How to order a Cardinal plugin

Describe in your request what you sell, what you do by hand now and what the plugin should do. Name your Cardinal version and the plugins already installed. We ask follow-up questions and send an estimate with the price and timeline of each stage. A stage is paid before work starts, and you check the result and accept it with one click in your account.

Frequently asked questions

Didn't find your answer? Write to support@mtb-digital.tech. We reply from 10:00 to 20:00 Moscow time (UTC+3), every day.

Do you need access to my FunPay account?

No. You install the plugin in your own Cardinal, and we help with the installation through the guide or in chat. For testing, a test account and your examples of lots and messages are enough for us.

What if FunPay changes its site and the plugin stops working?

For a custom plugin, changes on FunPay's side are not a defect, and we do the rework under a new estimate (clause 4.10). Once our ready-made subscription plugins are out: if we do not restore one within 10 working days of your request, we refund the current period (Terms of Sale, clause 6.2).

Who owns the code of a custom plugin?

You do. The exclusive right to the code written for you passes to you once the stage is accepted (Terms of Sale, clause 4.7).

When will the ready-made plugins be out?

Once we finish testing them on different Cardinal versions. We do not promise dates: write to support and we will let you know when they are released. A plugin for your task can be ordered right now, without waiting for them.

How much does a plugin for my task cost?

It depends on the task. Describe it in a request and we will send an estimate with the price and timeline of each stage. You only pay for the stage we are about to start.

Didn't find the right solution? We will build it for your task

Tell us in a request what needs to work. We will clarify the details and send an estimate with the price and timeline of each stage.
